    • Let’s finish by coming back down to earth on costs and discuss an easy and simple way to add value for 2021 homebuyers. Consider smart devices like security systems, doorbells, smart locks, smart thermostats, and water leak detectors. These can help with convenience, energy efficiency, security, and peace of mind. Above all else they are relatively cheap compared to the rest of the list.
