St. Gabriel Catholic Elementary School
- Located just off Dominion Blvd., one of the major arteries in South Windsor, also part of Corpus Christi Church
Christ The King Catholic Elementary School
- Located directly on Dominion Blvd., this school offers French Immersion
Notre Dame Catholic Elementary School
- Located just off of Huron Church Rd., in the heart of South Windsor
Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Elementary School
- Located just off of Ontario Highway 3, is a part of the Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish
Holy Names Catholic High School
- Located between Dominion Blvd. and Huron Church Rd., this is the high school for the family of elementary schools above

Flipping over to the the Greater Essex County District School Board, the public board has these schools in the area:

Roseland Public School
- Located on Cabana Road East, this school was recently renovated with upgrades throughout the building
Southwood Public School
- Located on Cabana Road West, Southwood Public schools services the southern side of South Windsor
Glenwood Public School
- Located on Norfolk Street, just West of Dougall Avenue is this public school for residents of central South Windsor
Bellewood Public School
- Located just East of Huron Church Road, Bellewood is the public school for most of the west South Windsor families
Central Public School
- Also located just West of Dougall Avenue and East of Dominion Blvd., Central Public is another option for families in central South Windsor
Northwood Public School
- North of E.C. Row Expressway, Northwood services the north section of South Windsor
Vincent Massey High School
- Often shortened to just Massey, this is the high school most of the above public board students attend, located in the heart of South Windsor

Both the French Catholic and French Public school boards have schools in South Windsor as well:

École élémentaire Louise-Charron
- This is the French public elementary school in South Windsor and it is located just off of Highway #3
Elementary School Catholic Monseigneur-Jean-Noël
- Located on California Ave., this is the French catholic elementary school in South Windsor
École secondaire catholique E.J. Lajeunesse
- Located just off of Dougall Ave., this is the French Catholic high school and services not only South Windsor but also other French Catholic schools in the area
