Market Snapshot: November 2021 Update
The Windsor-Essex real estate market continued to climb this past month as the Windsor-Essex County Association of REALTORS® released it’s statistics for the month of November. For those working with a Windsor REALTOR® and searching for Windsor homes for sale or viewing houses for sale in Windsor while the market remains brisk, the stats show an increase in homes sold and a strong increase in inventory compared to this time last year.
The average sale price for a home in the region in November was $570,879, an increase of more that 36% versus November 2020.
WECAR also reported 626 homes sold this past month. This was a 12.6% increase from November 2020.
Finally, WECAR reports that November 2021 saw 867 listings over the month, which is a 35 percent increase from the previous year for the same time period.
