  4. Selling down the line could be more difficult especially in a weaker market.

 

Pros of living on a busy street:

  1. It is usually cheaper to buy
  2. There may be less competition at offer time⁠
  3. If staying long-term, there is the potential for land assembly⁠

You may have noticed more homes on busy streets pop up around the Greater Windsor Area. That's because in this market, buyer's may be more likely to be willing to compromise in order to secure a home.⁠ For first-time home buyers this might be right for you and a chance to enter home ownership. For those looking to upsize or downsize, maybe it isn’t exactly right.
