Also along the waterfront is the beautiful Waterfront Promenade and Rich Atkin Park. an amazing river walk and green space area that connects to the Leamington Marina. Finally, Leamington is the main port of call for the Pelee Islander II, the ferry to get over to Pelee Island for either a day trip or a weekend getaway for cottage owners and renters. Pelee Island Winery operates a vineyard and winery directly on the island, a favourite option for visitors to the island.
Leamington provides a broad range of educational and schooling options for residents. The English Catholic School Board, the English Public School Board have both elementary and secondary schools to serve the residents.
